From the highlands of Jalisco's Los Altos, this reposado rests 8 to 10 months in rare American oak bourbon barrels before bottling at 84 proof. Master distiller Sergio Cruz and master blender Oscar Vázquez Camarena build it from single-estate, stone-oven-cooked agave and open-air fermentation, with nothing added beyond agave, water, and yeast. Expect roasted agave sweetness, toasted oak, cinnamon, and a whisper of dark chocolate. Pour it neat to let the barrel spice unfold, or anchor an old fashioned riff.
