After a four-year pause, Yamazaki's annual Limited Edition series came back in 2021 — and Suntory made it count. This release is built on malts aged at least 12 years in mizunara, the rare Japanese oak that gives Yamazaki its signature sandalwood-and-incense character, from the distillery that founded Japanese whisky-making in 1923.
