The Vice "The House" Cabernet Sauvignon comes from The Vice Wine, a Napa Valley producer built around small-batch, hands-on winemaking. This bottling leans on fruit from a certified-organic vineyard on Mount Veeder, where high elevation and slow ripening build thick, flavorful skins, blended with a touch of Merlot from Carneros. It ages in French oak, unfiltered, with minimal intervention, landing dark and structured — black fruit, violet, mocha, and cigar box notes carried by firm, polished tannins.
