Outlander star Sam Heughan built this gin from his own backyard: the glens of Dumfries and Galloway, where he foraged juniper, heather, pine resin, bramble leaf, and blaeberry alongside crabapple and toasted oats. Distilled at Galloway Distillery with Craig Rankin, it pours crisp and bright — apple and juicy berry up front, zesty juniper core, rhubarb and toasted oats settling underneath. A London Dry built for a proper G&T, or a Negroni that leans wild instead of bitter.
