The second release in The Famous Grouse's Cask Series takes a classic blended Scotch and finishes it in casks that once held ruby Port — an extra step that layers in ripe stone fruit, toasty vanilla, and warm baking spice over the brand's usual smoothness. Malt and grain whiskies mingle at 40% ABV, with cinnamon and clove on the nose giving way to a soft, sweet finish. Pour it neat by the fire, or over one big cube to slow things down.
