A gin built for warm weather, straight out of Denver. The Block starts with their own grain vodka (wheat, oats, and barley), then macerates a citrus lineup at room temperature: lemon, lime, grapefruit, pomelo, yuzu, and orange. The nose leans into lemon peel, wildflowers, and juniper with chamomile and citrus blossom. It's sweet up front, crisp and dry on the finish, at 47% ABV. Pour it into a bright gin and tonic, or let it carry a dry martini.
Tasting notes
Notes of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon and hibiscus make this citrus explosion a true gin and tonic masterpiece. It starts off incredibly sweet on the tongue but all of that fruit peel makes it finish nice and dry.
