Terredagoli's Chianti Classico comes from a young winery in Tuscany's Arezzo hills, built by enologist Mirko Dagoli on a mission to make serious Chianti approachable. The blend leans on at least 80% Sangiovese, macerated on the skins for about two weeks before a year resting in cement vessels — a method that keeps the fruit bright rather than oak-driven. Expect ruby color, red fruit and violet on the nose, and silky tannins. Pour it alongside a grilled steak or roasted game.
