Teperberg Vision Cabernet Sauvignon/Petite Sirah is a dry red blend from Teperberg, Israel's oldest family-owned winery, sourced from vineyards in the Samson (Shimshon) region on Israel's coastal plain. Part of Teperberg's Vision line of young reds built for fresh, expressive drinking, this blend opens with ripe berry and a touch of vanilla, then moves into a medium-bodied palate of raspberry, blueberry, and plum, lifted by bright acidity and a light dusting of spice before soft tannins carry the finish. Pour it alongside grilled or barbecued chicken, burgers, or a weeknight pasta with red sauce.
