Teperberg Legacy Cabernet Franc is a 100% Cabernet Franc dry red wine from Israel's Judean Hills, sourced from two mountain vineyards — one atop the Ephraim Hills at 650 meters — where wide day-to-night temperature swings slow ripening for concentration. Grapes are hand-harvested at night, cold-soaked in chilled stainless steel, then aged in oak barrel. Expect black raspberry, bell pepper, and toasted cedar aromas leading to a full-bodied palate of dark plum and espresso with firm, spice-toned tannin. Pour with grilled ribeye or aged hard cheese.
