Teperberg Inspire Cabernet–Petit Verdot is a Bordeaux-style Meritage from Teperberg Winery, one of Israel's oldest producers, sourced from two distinct sites in the Shomron region: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grown roughly 700 meters up in the Shomron Mountains, blended with Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc from the lower Ayalon Valley. The wine rests eight months in oak barrels, building a firm structure around concentrated, ripe dark-fruit character. Part of Teperberg's terroir-driven Inspire series, it's built for the table — pour it alongside grilled lamb, aged hard cheese, or a rich beef stew.
