Teperberg Impression Chardonnay is a 100% Chardonnay dry white wine from Teperberg 1870, Israel's oldest winery, sourced from vineyards in the Judean Foothills (Shefelat Yehuda). The grapes are gently pressed and cold-settled before a two-week stainless-steel fermentation, then the wine ages 4-6 months in new French oak without malolactic fermentation, keeping its acidity crisp. Expect layered notes of green apple, pear, and citrus alongside vanilla-oak and toasted nut on the finish. Pour it alongside grilled chicken, seafood, or a creamy pasta.
