Teperberg Essence Cabernet Sauvignon is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon dry red from Israel, sourced from two high-elevation vineyards: the Kadesh Valley in the Upper Galilee and the Ephraim Hills, where wide day-to-night temperature swings slow ripening and deepen flavor. The wine spends 18 months maturing in oak barrels, emerging dark and concentrated, with raspberry, blueberry, and plum on the nose alongside notes of roasted oak and coffee. Rich and full-bodied on the palate, it's built for red meat, lamb, or a slow-simmered stew.
