Named for the dry-stone-wall craftsman who built the rustic Pajaru shelters dotting Puglia's countryside, this Negroamaro comes from the De Cerchio family's Manduria vineyards, farmed organically with native Salento varieties only. Expect a deep, violet-edged red with blackberry, clove, and dark chocolate layered over soft, easy tannins and a spiced finish.
