Bottled at 90 proof, it opens with vanilla and a touch of pineapple, moves into ripe cherry and dark chocolate on the palate, and finishes warm with cinnamon, black pepper, and sweet oak. A solid sipping rye for neat pours or a classic Manhattan, built for slow evenings and easy conversation.
