Single Grain Blue Japanese single grain Spirit from the foothills of Mount Fuji aged fifteen years in American white oak.Teitessa 15 Year Old Grain Japanese Whisky is the youngest Spirit in the Teitessa lineup right now — and that’s saying something. All three Spirits start with the same single grain foundation as all three of their signature drams. Due to the distillery’s nearly two-hundred year history crafting Saki and Shochu, the single grain is highest grade given to rice. The Spirit was then aged in American white oak for fifteen years.
Tasting notes
Nose: The aroma is floral and bright with nice notes of vanilla and caramel.
Palate: Toasted almonds, apple danish, and honeydew melon, and warm oak.
