Ivri, named like Tanya's other series after one of the founder's children, is the winery's Bordeaux-plus-Syrah blend: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with Syrah, held just eight months in French oak so the fruit stays in front. Grown near 900m on limestone at Ofra.
