Overview

Portland's Straightaway builds its Negroni from house-blended gin, sweet vermouth and Accompani Crimson Snap, then bottles it ready to pour. It lands herbaceous and properly bitter, with the balance held rather than sweetened down. Stir over a large cube and finish with an orange twist.
