A barrel-rested sloe gin - the producer calls it the first of its kind, and aged sloe gin is genuinely rare. Spirit Works distills its base spirit in Sebastopol from organic California wheat, then rests the finished liqueur in oak. At 30% ABV it drinks as a digestif or stirs into a cocktail.
