Eight years is a long wait for tequila — most Extra Añejos barely clear the three-year minimum. Soledad's comes from single-estate Blue Weber agave grown in the red highland soils of Arandas, Jalisco, then rests in hand-selected ex-bourbon barrels until it turns deep amber with mahogany edges. Expect dried fig, caramel, and toasted walnut on the nose, giving way to roasted agave, toffee, and dark chocolate on the palate. Built for slow sipping neat, alongside rich desserts or a late-night cigar.
