Gilliard Farms, a Centennial Georgia Farm near Brunswick in Gullah-Geechee country, has sustained chef and farmer Matthew Raiford’s family for seven generations. Today, the James Beard-nominated Raiford and herbalist Jovan Sage, the alchemist who concocted the unique recipe, grow the organic botanicals that give Simple Man Distillery’s Geechee Gin its lush and fragrant flavor. It is only made seasonally, so enjoy it while it lasts.
