Named for General Pancho Villa's legendary horse, Siete Leguas has been distilling in Atotonilco el Alto, Jalisco since 1952 — still family-run, still using small copper pot stills for a slow double distillation. This Reposado rests eight months in American white oak, picking up caramel and dried-fruit warmth without burying the raw agave, mint, and citrus underneath. Sip it neat in a copita, or build a Paloma that actually tastes like tequila.
