Named for Pancho Villa's tireless horse, Siete Leguas is made the old way in Atotonilco el Alto, Jalisco — agave cooked in small stone ovens, crushed on a mechanical mill, then twice-distilled in copper pots. The blanco leads with pure cooked-agave sweetness, layered with lime, mint, and a whisper of black pepper, finishing long with faint caramel and vanilla. Straightforward, structured, built for a chilled shot or a Paloma where the agave can actually shine through.
