From Shiloh Winery's storied Judean Hills terroir comes Legend Ittai (formerly Honi), a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec aged sixteen months in French oak. Named for a biblical figure celebrated for loyalty, it opens with layered blackcurrant, blackberry, and black cherry, then unfolds into lavender, tobacco leaf, and crushed violets, finishing full-bodied with firm, structured tannins. Pour it alongside grilled lamb or a slow-braised short rib for a wine built for the table. Certified kosher and mevushal (OK, Chug Chasam Sofer (Bnei Brak)).
