The Sexton Single Malt Irish Whiskey starts with 100% Irish malted barley, triple-distilled through copper pot stills for a clean, smooth backbone. Master blender Alex Thomas matures it in Oloroso sherry butts, which builds layers of dried fruit, honeycomb, and a gentle oak character into every sip. Presented in a distinctive dark hexagonal bottle, it's approachable neat or on the rocks, and it holds its own in an Irish whiskey sour or a simple ginger ale highball.
Tasting notes
The Sexton Single Malt Irish whiskey is rich in hue with the perfect balance of dried fruits, subtle oak notes, and a smooth finish that leaves you wanting more.
