Madre Cuishe is one of mezcal's more elusive wild agaves, and Se Busca gives it room to shine. Grown for over a decade before harvest in San Juan del Río, Oaxaca, the maguey is pit-roasted, crushed under a tahona stone, and twice-distilled in copper by the Lopez Sosa family.
