Pour this New Zealand gin and it's inky black in the glass, no dyes involved. The color comes from botanicals like aronia berry, saffron, pineapple, and kumera sweet potato, built on a wheat-based spirit cut with water from the Southern Alps. Add tonic and watch it shift to vivid purple-pink. Expect resinous juniper, earthy depth, and a candied sweet potato and pineapple finish. It took Gold at the 2022 Global Gin Masters. Serve over ice with tonic and a green apple slice.
