SAP56 - Maple Flavored Whisky
SAP56 pairs exquisitely 5 years old Canadian whisky with Grade A maple syrup. With 50% less sugar than traditional flavored whiskies and 100% natural, the product ranks in the high-end tier of the category. SAP56 is simply perfect on its own or you can let your imagination run wild!
As part of SAP56’s special formula, our passionate artisans oversee a 56-day harvesting and processing period of pure maple water, resulting in a Grade A maple syrup with a robust taste and deep amber color. SAP56 whisky is crafted from 85% corn, 10% rye and 5% barley. Each grain is distilled and aged individually. Our aging techniques give each grain a specific contribution within our final whisky.
Nose: Complex, elegant and soft.
Palate: The roasted notes of the maple (burnt sugar, chicory, black coffee beans) perfectly combine with the wooden, fruity character of the whisky.
Finish: Long - with subtle notes of ginger, vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon.
