Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Named for the 56 days it takes to coax pure Quebec maple sap into Grade A syrup, this Canadian whisky is founder Adam Duhamel's love letter to childhood afternoons in the family sugar shack. A five-year whisky (85% corn, plus rye and barley) meets that deep-amber maple for roasted notes of burnt sugar and black coffee, then a long finish of vanilla, ginger, and a whisper of cinnamon. Pour it neat, over ice, or into your favorite cold-weather cocktail.
Tasting notes
Nose: Complex, elegant and soft.
Palate: The roasted notes of the maple (burnt sugar, chicory, black coffee beans) perfectly combine with the wooden, fruity character of the whisky.
Finish: Long - with subtle notes of ginger, vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon.
