Marking 135 years of Casa San Matías, one of Jalisco's oldest distilleries, this añejo is a first-of-its-kind blend layering five aged expressions from the house's portfolio, including Tahona and extra añejo reserves. Expect an intense amber pour with aromas of caramel, dark chocolate, maple, and toasted almonds, giving way to a smooth, oily palate of dried fruit and vanilla with a long, warming finish. A sipping tequila best served neat or over a single large cube, or built into an Old Fashioned.
