Named for Mary Curley, a red-headed Prohibition-era bootlegger who ran moonshine out of her Marble, Colorado hotel and never paid a fine, this Texas four-grain bourbon splits the difference between two states: distilled near Austin from 65% corn, 22% wheat, 10% rye and 3% malted barley, triple pot distilled, then aged four-plus years in new charred oak before being proofed with Crystal River water back in Marble. Expect vanilla, caramel, honey, and baking spice. Good neat or on a single rock.
