Say hello to a modern American gin from Round Turn Distilling, made in a 150-year-old textile mill in Biddeford, Maine. The neutral base comes from non-GMO corn, four-times distilled, then infused with juniper, coriander, Mt. Hood hops, grapefruit peel, barley malt, chamomile, and orris root. Expect citrusy hops and grapefruit with a whisper of salinity, juniper and tree fruit mid-palate, and a caramel-vanilla finish. Bottled at 47% ABV, it shines in a Gin and Tonic, Martini, or Negroni.
