R de Roubine is the estate rosé from Château Roubine, a Cru Classé producer in Lorgues, Côtes de Provence classified since 1955. The blend draws on the estate's Provençal grapes—Grenache, Cinsault, Tibouren, Rolle, Mourvèdre, and Cabernet Sauvignon—hand-harvested and given a long, cold maceration that pulls aroma and finesse from the skins without adding color. The result pours a pale salmon pink and opens with orange blossom and strawberry, moving into citrus zest and sour cherry with a crisp, dry finish. Pour it chilled alongside grilled fish or a Mediterranean mezze spread.
