Overview

Chateau Roubine Premium is a red blend from Côtes de Provence, crafted by Roubine Wines at their Lorgues estate — one of only 23 properties classified Cru Classé since 1955, and farmed organically. The Premium cuvée blends Grenache, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, each vinified separately with extended maceration before the final blend rests in tank for one to three years, building real structure. Expect a fleshy, powerful red with notes of blood orange, leather, and mocha. Pour it with osso buco, beef in sauce, or a cheese board.
