Rey Del Mundo comes out of the Jalisco Highlands (NOM 1590, distilled by Tequilera La Herencia), built from 100% blue Weber agave that's oven-cooked and twice distilled. The reposado rests in used American oak, picking up soft vanilla and light caramel over the classic baked-agave base, with a touch of spice and a clean, mellow finish. Sip it neat or on the rocks to taste the oak, or shake it into a margarita that still tastes like real tequila underneath.
