There's a real red door at Benromach Distillery in the Scottish Highlands, and this London Dry-style gin is vapour-infused right behind it in a copper pot still nicknamed Peggy. Punchy piney juniper and bitter orange lead the way, while local sea buckthorn, heather and rowan berries add crisp citrus, soft florals and a faintly bittersweet, chocolatey depth.
