Recanati Cabernet Sauvignon Galilee Reserve is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Israel's Upper Galilee, produced by Recanati Winery under chief winemaker Kobi Arviv. The estate's high-altitude vineyards see warm days and cool nights over chalky, gravelly soil — conditions the winery likens to Napa Valley — and grapes are hand-harvested in whole clusters from late September into October. In the glass, expect vibrant violet color with aromas of ripe black fruit, truffle, cigar box, and toasted walnut, building to a full-bodied palate built to age gracefully for a decade. Pour it alongside grilled short ribs or aged hard cheese.
