Rebel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey arrives here in a handy 50ml mini, perfect for sampling before you commit to a full bottle. This wheated bourbon swaps the usual rye for wheat in its corn-and-malt mash bill, giving it a rounder, gentler backbone. Distilled and bottled by Lux Row Distillers in Bardstown, Kentucky, it opens with honey and butter on the nose, then settles into raisin and warm baking spice through the finish. Pour it neat to catch those notes, or shake it into a whiskey sour.
Tasting notes
Honey and butter hit the nose. Then, traces of raisin and a warm spice finish kick things up a notch.
