The whiskey opens with vanilla, caramel, and sweet corn on the nose, then moves into caramel corn, salted caramel, light chocolate, and a touch of rye spice on the palate, finishing warm with caramel and a hint of cinnamon. It took a bronze medal at the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Pour it over ice or stir into a caramel old fashioned for an easy dessert-style sipper.
