Here's a blanco with a maestro's fingerprint. Puntagave is built by Guillermo Barroso Arnaud, the second person ever certified as a Maestro Tequilero, from 100% Highland Tequilana Weber agave grown in Jalisco. It's cooked in an autoclave, then double distilled in copper stills and left additive-free, so what you taste is pure agave: green apple, zesty citrus, and a long finish brushed with white pepper. Bottled at 80 proof. Pour it neat to read every note, or let it brighten a citrus-forward cocktail.
