Pueblo Viejo's standard blanco already leans citrusy and bright, but the 104 turns the volume up: same 100% blue agave base from Casa San Matías in the Jalisco Highlands, distilled the same way, just bottled at a muscular 52% ABV instead of 40%. Agave grown in the region's mineral-rich red soil, slow-cooked and fermented before a two-phase distillation, gives it green apple and citrus on the nose with a surprisingly smooth, naturally sweet finish.
