Psagot Sinai White is a white blend from Psagot Winery in Israel's Judean Hills, crafted from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer, and Viognier grown in vineyards 700-900 meters up in the hills north of Jerusalem. Each variety is picked at peak ripeness and fermented separately before blending, giving the wine layered aromas of melon and pear with fresh citrus, a fleshy palate, and a long, acid-driven finish. Serve chilled alongside grilled fish, roasted vegetables, or a Mediterranean mezze spread.
