Green Dot is distilled with only botanicals that hail from the Juniper tree, the liquid personification of Procera. Consisting of Juniper berries, foliage, and toasted wood creating three distinctive balanced notes across the adventurous palate.
The addition of Green Dot’s botanical salt, immerses the wild earthiness of Juniperus Procera Tree to come alive in every sip.
Nose:
Delicate, spicy and layered. Subtle notes of pine forest, coconut, herbs and vanilla are set against a deep, savoury green juniper backdrop. Understated and complex, with remarkable character derived solely from the Juniperus Procera tree.
The Palate:
Flavoursome, soft and silky. Buttery fresh juniper flavours dominate initially, offset by bright piney green notes on the mid-palate. The toasted wood of a branch contributes to an evolving, intense and spicy finish that persists in the mouth for several minutes. With the use of botanicals from a single tree in the area of Narok, we believe this to be our finest Green Dot Vintage yet. Only 2,023 bottles of this exceptional gin were produced.
