Distilled in the village of Penderyn, this single malt rests in ex-bourbon casks before finishing in hand-selected ruby port barrels. The port influence shows: dried fruit, dark chocolate, and cranberry on the nose, with honey and gentle spice rolling into a soft, oaky finish. Bottled at 46%, it earned gold at the 2016 World Whisky Masters. Sip it neat, or add a drop of water to open it up.
