Grown on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, this Sicilian white leans on Carricante, an old volcanic grape, rounded out with a splash of Catarratto. Organic bush-trained vines sit on lava-walled terraces between 600 and 800 meters, and fermentation in stainless steel keeps everything bright.
