Distilled at Palavani's own facility in Kakheti's Akhmeta microzone from a 50/50 base of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane, the white grapes behind Georgian qvevri wine, then aged in French oak. Dark amber, with dried berry, roasted nut and vanilla carried on a velvety palate.
