A Napa original with a lighter touch: Blindfold trades red-fruit intensity for a Chardonnay-based white blend lifted with Rhône varieties like Viognier and Roussanne, sourced from Sonoma, Mendocino, and Santa Barbara growers. Expect honeysuckle and grilled white peach on the nose, toasted hazelnut and mandarin on the palate, all balanced by bright acidity. Pour it chilled alongside roast chicken or a soft, buttery cheese.
