This whiskey was aged for 5 years in Central Oregon. After harvesting the barrels, we expertly combined the malt whiskey with a touch of our bourbon, to add perfectly balanced notes of caramel. We held it at a higher proof (98 proof) than most of our whiskeys in order to preserve the complex flavors.
