Or Haganuz Marom Cabernet Sauvignon is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon dry red wine from the Shamai vineyard in Israel's northern Galilee, planted roughly 800 meters up in terra rosa soil. Or Haganuz, a boutique winery founded in 2005 at the foot of Mount Meron, ages this bottling 14 months in French oak, building layers of ripe black fruit, cherry, blueberry, plum, and raspberry around a smooth, lingering finish. Full-bodied and structured, it's built for the table — pour it alongside grilled steak or braised short ribs.
