Or Haganuz Amuka Light Dry Red Wine is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Or Haganuz Winery, founded in 2005 at the foot of Mount Meron in Israel's Upper Galilee. Grapes are grown in vineyards between Meron and Dalton at roughly 2,600 feet elevation, part of the winery's entry-level Amuka series built for easy, everyday drinking. Crafted to run lighter than a typical Cabernet, it pours soft and fruit-forward with a dry finish. Pour it alongside grilled red meats, tomato-sauced pasta, or a mild cheese board.
