Or Haganuz Amuka Cabernet Sauvignon Semi-Sweet is an Israeli red wine from the Galilee, grown on vineyards near Mount Meron at elevations around 780-870 meters. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are hand-picked, then fermented at controlled temperatures before aging in French oak. Expect a Bordeaux-red pour with aromas of ripe berries and currants, a velvety full body, a whisper of coffee grain, and a smooth, sweet finish. Serve slightly chilled alongside grilled meats, sharp cheese, or dark chocolate for dessert.
