Made from 100% Blue Agave grown in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, Mexico (NOM 1479), this añejo rests roughly two years in American oak, deepening to a coppery hue and picking up layers of cooked agave, vanilla, and toasted wood alongside the underlying sweetness of the agave itself.
